- Identification of the copyrighted work you say is infringed (a registration number, a public URL, or a sufficiently detailed description).
- The URL or precise location on Larnnit of the allegedly infringing material.
- Your name, postal address, telephone number, and email.
- A statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorised by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
- A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorised to act on the owner's behalf.
Send to dmca@larnnit.com. Postal notices may be sent to Larnnit's Designated Agent at the address below.
2. Designated Agent

(We will register our Designated Agent with the U.S. Copyright Office and update this page with the registration number.)
3. What happens next
- We review complete notices and act on those we judge valid, usually by removing or disabling access to the material and notifying the uploader.
- We may request additional information if the notice is incomplete.
- Repeat infringers have their accounts terminated.
- We log every notice and our response for audit purposes.
4. Counter-notice
If your content was removed and you believe the removal was a mistake or that you have the right to post it (fair use, fair dealing, licence, public domain), send a counter-notice containing:
- Your physical or electronic signature.
- Identification of the material that was removed and its location before removal.
- A statement, under penalty of perjury, that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed by mistake or misidentification.
- Your name, postal address, telephone number, email, and consent to the jurisdiction of (a) the U.S. Federal District Court for the district in which your address is located, or, if outside the U.S., the U.S. Federal District Court for the Northern District of California; and (b) acceptance of service of process from the person who filed the original notice.
Send counter-notices to dmca@larnnit.com. We will forward valid counter-notices to the original complainant and restore the material in 10–14 business days unless the complainant files a court action seeking to restrain the activity.
5. False notices
Under 17 U.S.C. §512(f), filing a knowingly false notice or counter-notice creates liability for damages, including costs and attorneys' fees. Don't use this process to silence criticism, lawful commentary, or competition.
6. Trademark and other IP complaints
Trademark, publicity-rights, and similar IP complaints go to the same address. Include registration numbers where applicable and identify the precise content at issue.
7. EU / UK notices
Under Article 17 of the EU Copyright Directive and the UK's equivalent framework, Larnnit cooperates with rightsholders to remove infringing content and offers an internal redress mechanism (above). EU users may also escalate to an out-of-court dispute resolution body under the Digital Services Act.
